Live Chat with Provost Liesl Folks

Provost Liesl Folks would like to invite faculty members to join her and panelists from campus for biweekly interactive sessions. These sessions will cover various topics of mutual interest. This series is designed to engage faculty members and Provost Folks in focused inquiry, sharing of ideas, and mutual listening and learning. The Live Chats with Liesl deal specifically with faculty centered topics, however, this is an open-registration event and open to anyone who’d like to attend.

We will discuss new award opportunities and continued University faculty awards, share values and priorities for these awards, and you will hear from previous nominators about how to prepare the packets.

Joined by Ivy Banks, associate vice provost for diversity and inclusion, we will discuss initiatives and updates from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

Tuesday, Dec. 14, 3-4 p.m. | The Nexus Between Arts, Creativity, Well-being and Community
Joined by Andy Schulz, vice president for the arts and dean of the College of Fine Arts, and Chad Herzog, executive director of Arizona Arts Live, we will discuss the nexus between arts, creativity, well-being and community.
