Advancing Student Success: Community Conversations with Provost Prelock
Invitation to Join a Conversation with the Provost

Dear alumni, donors, and community partners,
It is hard to believe that nearly a month has passed since I began my role as provost. In that time, I have had the privilege of meeting with deans, campus leaders, and many others who make the university a place of world-class education, impactful research, and meaningful service to the people of Arizona.
As part of my efforts to better understand what makes the U of A exceptional and how we can continue to grow, I am holding a series of conversations with students, faculty, staff, and valued members of our extended Wildcat community.
I would be honored if you would join me for one of the series of small, in-person conversations. These informal sessions are an opportunity for me to hear directly from you, whose support, advocacy, and engagement are essential to the university’s success.
I want to hear your perspective on how we can continue to strengthen the student experience, foster academic excellence, and ensure that the University of Arizona remains a place where community impact is felt.
Each session is limited to 20 participants, on a first-come basis. Sessions will take place on main campus in Tucson. Location information and discussion prompts will be shared in advance with registered participants.
Session Details:
• Monday, June 23, 4-5 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 25, 4-5 p.m.
• Friday, June 27, 2-3 p.m.
• Monday, June 30, 4-5 p.m.
Thank you for all the ways you support the U of A. I look forward to meeting you, learning from your insights, and continuing to strengthen the connection between our university and the broader community we serve.
With appreciation,
Patricia A. Prelock
Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs
