Call for Applications: 2025-26 Provost Fellows Program
Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce the 2025–26 Provost Fellows for Academic Success Goals Program, offering distinguished faculty and staff the opportunity to work directly with me and campus leaders on initiatives to implement the Academic Success Goals that advance our strategic imperatives while developing leadership experience at the university level.
Fellowship Categories
- Provost Fellow for Success for Every Student
- Provost Fellow for Research That Shapes the Future
- Provost Fellow for Engagement With Our Communities to Create Opportunity
Appointments
A total of six Provost Fellows will be appointed, one faculty fellow and one staff fellow in each of the three focus areas. Fellows will dedicate 10% of their effort to the fellowship while maintaining 90% of their appointment and responsibilities within their home unit. Appointments will begin in Spring 2026 and are for one year, with the possibility of a one-year extension based on project needs and performance.
Each fellow will receive a $7,500 stipend/year in recognition of their contributions and to support their participation in the program. For Faculty Fellows, the Office of the Provost will work with each faculty fellow’s academic unit to provide funding for a replacement instructor if they require a teaching release during the appointment period.
Application and Selection
Applications are due Nov. 19, via Arizona Cultivate. Appointments will be announced Spring 2026. Interviews may be required.
