2024 New Faculty Orientation

Dear new faculty member,

Welcome to the University of Arizona! We are excited to have you join the Wildcat family and our vibrant academic community. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and expertise you will bring to our university.

To support the transition into your new role, we are pleased to invite you to our 2025 New Faculty Orientation program. We have planned two special events to help you prepare for the fall semester:

  • New Faculty Orientation: Designed to help you navigate your early days at the U of A by offering essential resources, fostering connections with colleagues, and providing the support needed to thrive in your academic career.

    Monday, Aug. 18
    8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Manuel Pacheco Integrated Learning Center

  • Virtual Resource Fair: Providing you with an introduction to the programs and people available to support you in your research, teaching, service, and outreach, as a valued member of our campus and the greater Tucson community.

    Tuesday, Aug. 19
    9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Zoom

These programs are part of our commitment to your success, providing you with a strong foundation as you begin this exciting chapter of your academic journey. Please RSVP by Monday, Aug. 11.
