Leading high-profile university events—from New Faculty Orientation to Campus Conversations and executive speaker series—she approaches every event as a complex project requiring strategic vision, meticulous coordination, and flawless execution.

What sets Odette apart is her dual expertise in project management and graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, she doesn't just plan events; she brings them to life visually. From invitations and presentations to décor elements and promotional materials, she creates all the multimedia content that gives each event its unique character and polish. 

Odette holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University and has expanded her skillset through certifications in Graphic Design and Marketing from Phoenix College. She blends technical precision with creative flair, proving that the best events happen when project management meets inspired design.
